release. rewild. rejoice.
Re:TREAT
Fuck yeah, it’s time.
A weekend to step away from the noise. To move, laugh, share, sip cacao, and root back into joy.
Because we believe joy is the holy, feral medicine that unhooks us from the cult of fixing and plugs us back into the raw, spiraling heartbeat of life.
Oct 9 - Oct 12, 2025 | Big Rock Candy Mountain | Jadwin, MO
Maybe you don’t need another diagnosis, another label, or another thing to fix. (Tempting, we relate.)
Maybe the real healing comes from letting go of the tired, pathologized stories that have caged you. Stories that say you're too much, too broken, too complicated.
This is your chance to release those narratives, to watch them burn away into the fire as you stand barefoot on soft moss, feeling the earth hold you as you exhale what no longer belongs to you.
Release.
Rewild.
You weren’t born to be tamed, and you don’t need another nervous system hack to prove your worth.
Beneath every layer that’s told you to shrink, regulate, or soften your edges, there’s a wildness waiting to be reclaimed.
This is your invitation to rewild. To howl under the stars, to dance barefoot in the dirt, to move freely in a circle that is safe enough to hold your full, untamed expression.
Rejoice.
Joy is not a passive feeling that happens to us, it’s a miracle muscle we consciously choose to flex.
Joy remains our birthright, and it’s been waiting for you all along. Maybe what you really need is a full-body, belly-deep laugh that shakes loose the last bits of those old stories.
Here, we practice rejoicing, not in spite of it all, (or in bypassing) but because life itself is worth celebrating. Sit by the fire, sip cacao, and feel yourself expand into that holy, vibrant “I’m really here” aliveness.

The Details
A weekend spent tucked deep in the Ozarks (3 hours from Columbia, StL, and KC) surrounded by towering trees, birdsong, and the hush of river air. Mornings begin with warm cacao and soft light filtering through the forest. Days are spacious and time slows as you move, breathe, and gather by the fire. Cold river plunges awaken every cell, and laughter echoes through the woods. Here, it’s safe to soften, to expand, to fully be. This is where magic feels natural—and joy feels inevitable.

A few fun facts

Obsessed with birth.
At 34 weeks, pregnant with our rainbow baby, we decided to have a home birth. Best. Decision. And at 36 weeks pregnant, with our second baby, we flooded our home and had to move out for 3 weeks. At 39 weeks preggo, the day after we moved back into our home, Josie was born. Our bodies are so intelligent!
I love the color green
& other quirkiness…
Our house is green, my favorite mug is mint, and I ground my feet in green grass every morning. I also have a random knack for finding four-leaf clovers🍀😁

Two beautiful humans call me mom.
And motherhood is a wild ride and one of the best things in the world. And we’ve got 4 angel babes that we hope to one day meet.
Our family loves to bike.
One time Daniel and I went mountain biking in Colorado and accidentally ended up on an off-trail path down said steep mountain. Like a ski level - black diamond x10. Muy difficult. I cried. When we finally made it to safety, my husband convinced me to try ONE MORE run down the mountain - this time he promised to keep us on the beginner’s trail. And I felt like a kid again. So much fun. Turns out I love mountain biking. At least the baby trails.
