Welcome To The Wonderful World of Soulscription Cacao

Hello Beautiful Soul!

Welcome to the world of Ceremonial Cacao.
This plant medicine has helped me slow down, reconnect to myself, and personally feel the healing properties of whole foods.

It’s an honor to share what I have learned with you, and I look forward to learning from you 🙏🏻

This is a glimpse into my personal cacao preparation ritual, including cleansing, blessing, and intention setting.

Use what speaks to your heart and make it your own.
I’m here for any questions that come up.

Big love + Gratitude,

Chelsea Goodtime

Be inspired to try different recipes, dosages, and times of day to see what feels best for you and your body.

Prep Tips from Chef Chelsea:

  • No Scale? 1 Tablespoon is about 8 - 10 grams

  • Use about 8-12 oz. of hot water for 22 – 33 grams of Cacao

  • Blend the chopped Cacao by itself first for an extra creamy texture.

  • Add Soulscription Cacao to smoothies or use as a cocoa substitute

Cozy Cacao Treat:

  • 25 grams Soulscription Cacao

  • 4 – 6 oz. hot water

  • 2 – 4 oz. oat or almond milk

  • 2 - 3 chopped medjool dates

  • 1 tsp coconut or MCT oil

  • dash of cinnamon

  • dash of cayenne

Blend all ingredients and pour into your favorite mug.

Take 3 slow breaths before you sip:
One to let go of the past.
One to come to the present moment.
One to welcome all that is yet to come.
