Join us in celebrating the New Moon! We will discuss the energy of this moon, how to work with it in our own personal lives, drop into a grounding meditation and be led through a FULL Somatic Breathwork Journey! There will be opportunities for sharing and connecting with others in the group along with journaling and intention setting ritual offerings.
